    Case Study: Ontario Tower, London

    Ontario Tower is a luxury 29 storey high rise residential development in London’s Docklands. The building being the tallest in London designed solely for executive residential use.

    FEA carried out the design and installation of 2 No. staircase pressurisation systems within the building, one for the fire fighting shaft staircase, lift shaft and lobbies, and one for the escape only staircase.

    The fire fighting system was designed to a Class B system and the escape system a Class A system as per BS EN 12101-6.

    The basement smoke ventilation system comprising of a mechanical ducted system for general ventilation and emergency smoke clearance was also designed and installed by FEA.
